Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Service. By registering for, activating, making use of, or by paying for KT Telnet, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not activate or use the KT Telnet Services.

KT Telnet may modify this Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement. You agree to review the Agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of the services shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.

Any risk of loss or misuse of the PIN purchased through us shall become your responsibility the moment you complete the online transaction of purchasing the services. KT Telnet will not be liable to pay for any credits or refunds for any amount of balance that has been stolen or misused.

PRICING, BILLING AND PAYMENT

From the time of your Top Up, your balance will be available for 180 days. We are not liable for any unused balance after the 180 days.

Access number – 0330 is our non-geographical UK number, which will be automatically dialled when using the App, if you select mobile minutes. We do not charge for this part of the call, but your phone network provider may. It is free from majority of the network providers. Please check with your network provider if in doubt.

All the rates are per minute billing, and they may change anytime without any prior notice. Please check our rates sheet on our website for updates

KT Telnet services current price list is available on the KT Telnet website. Changing price will be effective immediately upon posting the site.

All services of KT Telnet is billed on prepay basis, unless otherwise agreed by both parties. If you have not made sufficient payment into your account, you will not be able to make any call until the account is topped up. It is your responsibility to ensure that the account has sufficient balance.

You can pay by debit or credit card for the services according to KT Telnet rates, as stated on the website. You can make payment either manually or use the automatic recharge function activated by you.

RETURN POLICY

After using KT Telnet services, if any, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via opening ticket, to our support team and we would be happy to refund or exchange of your purchase. The total process of refund will take 20 working days to complete.

KT Telnet reserves the right to deny repetitive refund requests at any time. Any abuse caused by you of the terms and conditions to refunds hereunder shall lead to the termination of this Agreement.
